I am actually posting another book review, this one only took me an hour to read on a quiet Sunday afternoon. It is actually what they call a novella, not a book, because it is very small, and almost could have been classified as a short story. It was okay, and I guess I would have enjoyed it more if I was a baseball fan. The only reason I read it was because it was by Stephen King. The only question I have is was it based on an actual catcher who was said to be erased from history who played for a major league team that is no longer around. I searched online but could not find any information on Billy Blakely except that is tied to this book. Does anyone know?
